Collecting electronic evidence can be challenging! Collections specialists may be required to visit multiple sites across the country, work with a variety of different corporate systems and carry out the process in a manner that is fully defensible in court, all within tight deadlines.

LEX’s Collections Team are highly experienced, qualified specialists who work with your Project Manager to advise on the collections process and put together a plan of action for your Collection. As a matter of course, we maintain and document complete chain-of-custody of all the data collected.

During collections planning, we will review with you the locations to be visited. LEX On Demand has its own team of qualified technical collections specialists who handle most collections assignments except where travel time and costs dictate otherwise. For remote locations, it may be more cost-effective to contract with a local collections specialist. LEX On Demand has a network of vetted, qualified third-party forensics and collections specialists across the country that we can use to carry out collections quickly and cost-effectively.
