OCR
LEX On Demand uses leading, well-proven OCR software to
translate a document's character images into fully searchable text.
To ensure full document integrity is met, OCR cleanup is performed,
comparing original documents against the OCR files to correct
misread characters.
We are able to OCR text in most languages including
Asian languages (Japanese, Chinese, Korean) and
other non-latin languages such as Russian, Greek etc.
Coding
LEX On Demand’s document coding process creates an index
so that scanned files are easily searchable by a wide range
of databases making access to relevant data easy and efficient.
Data fields are customized and may include a variety of
bibliographical fields such as document date, title and type,
as well as author and addressee information, text names and
the physical characteristics of the document itself.
Using our custom designed data capture software,
Coding Specialists enter data following the specific set
of guidelines created for each individual project and
conduct continuous quality control.
Blowback to Paper
From electronic to paper, LEX On Demand provides high speed
throughput digital printing, in both black-and-white and color,
of electronic files and digital images. Using high-end print
