Not so long ago, document review involved tens,
and sometimes hundreds, of trained reviewers working their
way methodically through thousands of boxes of paper documents.
Identifying responsive documents, determining privilege, even ensuring
that all documents had been reviewed, were time-consuming tasks prone to
human error.
Now that Discovery has become ‘electronic’, so has review.
No longer do review teams need to pore through boxes of paper.
Now they can go online and search through millions of documents
with a few keystrokes. Documents can be readily reviewed and
assigned to categories such as privilege, responsiveness,
relevancy, issues etc and, if required, redacted before
production.
LEX On Demand is able to offer a range of review solutions to
meet case requirements and the needs of particular review teams.
Our solutions encompass a full range of review functionality from
linear sequential review to social network analysis and from to
advanced boolean keyword searching to conceptual searching and
document clustering.

In addition to linear sequential review,
we are able to offer pre-review data analysis which is
helpful in identifying document sets most likely to be
responsive and based on that, determining a review plan.

we seek to understand your review requirements. Based on that,
we will make recommendations as to which review solution would
